I have implemented a content calendar to keep track of Pondurance's social media posts. A sample post in the calendar is included below. This helps me to keep track of the social media content, as well the engagement that each post is receiving.

Upon the start of my marketing internship here, I conducted a social media analytics report using various metrics pulled from Buffer. The purpose of this report was to determine what worked and what didn't, content-wise. The report helped me to completely reform Pondurance's social media strategy as well as provide a guide on how Pondurance should use each social platform.
A company's average social media engagement has been proven to heighten when employees are constantly engaging with the content from their personal accounts. I created a social media guide for Pondurance employees to utilize. This guide provides them with tips on when to post tech-related content for each channel as well as how to post tech-related content on each channel.

For the Etcetera campaign, I was tasked with creating an Instagram guide to help my client know what to post, when to post and how to post all of her fashion content via Instagram. This guide details best practices for Instagram users within the fashion industry and was also meant to ease the transition of users at the conclusion of the Etcetera campaign.
I was also tasked with creating, maintaining and posting all of my client's Instagram content for the duration of the campaign. I used a detailed calendar to track all of the content.
